Frances Blanchard, 80, of Dinwiddie Road, Chuckey, passed away Friday, June 9, 2017 at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son: John Rushing of the home; three daughters and two sons-in-law: Teresa and Rob O'Niel of Dothan, Alabama; Paulette Burns of Mohawk, and Delores and Bud Orr of Greeneville; seven grandchildren: Tonya Ratliff of Kingsport, William Andrews of Georgia, Laura Williams of Midway, Ashley Burns of Mohawk, Christina Burns of Mohawk, Bobby Orr of Johnson City, and Jack Orr and wife, Candace of Greeneville; great grandchildren: Zackary Blanchard of...

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son: John Rushing of the home; three daughters and two sons-in-law: Teresa and Rob O'Niel of Dothan, Alabama; Paulette Burns of Mohawk, and Delores and Bud Orr of Greeneville; seven grandchildren: Tonya Ratliff of Kingsport, William Andrews of Georgia, Laura Williams of Midway, Ashley Burns of Mohawk, Christina Burns of Mohawk, Bobby Orr of Johnson City, and Jack Orr and wife, Candace of Greeneville; great grandchildren: Zackary Blanchard of Columbus, Makayla Ratliff of Kingsport, Kyra Ratliff of Kingsport, Austin Andrews, Kayden Andrews, Stormy Dailey, Malieyah Orr, and Jack L. Orr of Greeneville; two brothers: Kenneth Nix of Deland, Florida and David Nix of California; and two sisters: Patricia Shaw of and Jenny Mathis of Morrow, Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Ronald Blanchard; grandson: Robert Blanchard; parents: Elbert Nix and Cleonis Davenport; and a sister: Ruth Henry.

The graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Andrew Johnson National Cemetery with Rev. Stephen Aiken officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.
